We want to make buying our books an easy decision you’ll be happy you made. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase of one of our Rapid-Read Handbooks or Workbooks, simply return it, and we will issue a refund to your original form of payment, less shipping and handling. Items must be returned in their original condition; shrink-wrapped products must be unopened.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date that you received your order. Books and CDs can be mailed with the original packing slip to:

However, because our time is carefully scheduled to accommodate the maximum number of people who want individual or group coaching, these sessions cannot be cancelled once you schedule them, unless there are extenuating circumstances.
